We have reserved blocks of rooms for dedication participants at three local hotels:
Reservations should be made directly with the hotels by e-mail, phone or FAX. Please mention that you are participating in the "SOAR Dedication" in order to take advantage of the special discounted rates. Should you experience any difficulties making your hotel reservations please contact us by e-mail or phone (+56-51-205323) and we will be pleased to assist you.
Check-in time at the hotels is 15:00 PM. Requests for early check-in will be accommodated subject to room availability. Check-out time is 12:00 noon
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must contact your hotel prior to April 9, otherwise you will be charged a no-show fee equivalent to the rate for one night.
